How do I register? 

All registrations must take place online. We no longer offer mail-in registration. Please register as soon as possible as camp fills up quickly. At the completion of your online registration you will receive a confirmation via email.

We strongly encourage campers to register online. It is the best way to secure a spot in camp and provides

instant confirmation. Registrants can pay with credit card or check. *

WE DO NOT RESERVE SPOTS OVER THE PHONE. APPLICATIONS RECEIVED VIAFAX WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL PAYMENT (MINIMUM DEPOSIT) IS RECEIVED.

Is there a registration deadline? 
Although there is not a set registration deadline, we encourage everyone to register as early as possible. ENROLLMENT IS LIMITED AND AVAILABLE ON AFIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS.

What medical forms are required? 
The Camper Health Record information must be completed during the registration process.  Please remember your account information to allow you to log into update information as necessary.

We do not require a copy of the camper’s physical examination;however, a camper must disclose the date of his last physical examination and any medical conditions that would make his participation in camp a risk. A valid physical examination for the 2017 Villanova Boys Basketball Camps must be dated July 1, 2016 or after. There will be trainers available at registration should you have any conditions or concerns you would like to address with our medical staff.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?
In order to obtain optimum results, we ask campers to comply with camp rules and we expect conduct worthy of gentlemen.  We reserve the right to return home any camper (without refund) whose influence, in our judgment, is harmful.

All requests for cancellation must be made via e-mail at least one (1) week prior to the beginning of camp unless the cancelation is due to an injury. Refunds minus a $100 administrative fee will be given provided. 

If the cancellation is due to an injury, the camper must present a doctor’s note to receive a refund less the administrative fee ($100).  

If a refund request is received for any reason within 1 week of theday camp start date, a refund will be issued equal to half of the amount paid. 

No refunds will be provided if expulsion from camp, voluntary withdrawal, or injury before or during camp occurs. We do not provide a credit for future camps and all refund decisions are at the discretion of Villanova BasketballCamps.

A letter must accompany all refund requests.  

What is your dismissal policy? 
The directors reserve the right to send home, at the parents' expense, any camper or group of campers whose behavior is deemed disruptive to the best interest of the camp community, with no refund of tuition. All campers must abide by the rules of Villanova Basketball Camps.

How do I obtain a receipt?

What time is registration?
For Villanova Basketball Skill Clinic-Session 1: 
     Registration will begin at 4:30pm onMonday, June 19 in the Davis Center.
     Skills Clinic will begin promptly at 5:00pm.

For Villanova Basketball Skills Clinic Session II: 
     Registration will begin at 4:30pm onMonday, June 26 in the Davis Center.
     Skills Clinic will begin promptly at 5:00pm.

 All outstanding balances are due at registration. All HealthRecord Information MUST be updated online prior to registration.

What time is dismissal?
Daily dismissal will be at 7:00pm.   Parents/guardians will be asked to pick up campers in the Davis Center. 

Who will be coaching my son? 
Our2017 Villanova Basketball Skills Clinic Sessions will be staffed by Villanova CoachingStaff & Players.

Is there medical staff on call?
 
There will be certified athletic trainers on call 24 hours a day. The trainer swill administer all medications to athletes. At registration, please visit theTrainer’s Table and provide written instructions of how to administer any medication your child should need while at camp.

How do I get in touch with a camper if there is an emergency?
 
For all emergencies, please call the camp office at 610-519-8738 or the men’s basketball office at 610-519-4140. 

What should my son bring to camp?
 
**We strongly discourage campers from carrying money or other valuables (i.e.cell phone, iPods, etc.). **
- Water bottle (labeled with name)

Villanova Basketball Camps are open to any and all entrants(limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender).
